The Repossession Process

Field Visit/Mediation

We’ll visit the debtor in person, explain the situation they’re in, and see if the issue can be resolved. Sometimes it doesn’t need to go any further than this.

Legal Possession or Repossession

If the situation isn’t resolved and the arrears aren’t settled after step one, as long as we have the appropriate paperwork and have followed the legal process, we can conduct a legal possession or repossession of the asset.

Legal Document Service

If there is an outstanding amount owing after the possession/repossession, we provide a legal document service.
